The Edsel adds a lot of interest to this living outdoor miniature garden. These junk style metal model cars are already great looking wrecks and can be used outside in a miniature junkyard. In this scene, coffee grounds are used to cover the base and create a more natural look of maybe thick fallen leaves... This large metal model in 1:18 scale measures 11 inches long and is masterfully distressed and was originally pink with a pink and white interior. Incredible rust out detail... Notice the foam coming from the tattered seats. The metal fenders have been cut out and painted to give the appearance of a very rusted old beach car that had spent too many days on the beach in Daytona... Foam coming through the torn seats. Do you have a favorite car from the past you might like to see as a junkyard car? I work in 1:18 scale metal diecast and can do 1:24 scale. Special colors and some specific alterations or customizations are available. Let me know. If you already own one you can ship me I will do the work to your specs and I charge 85.00 - ? per car depending on how many specifications are made, ie: lots of rust holes or not, specific new colors before destruction, how much destruction on the interior seats and such, flat tires?, steel rims?, all those kinds of possibilities. Mad Maxing it out is my next goal on a current new project on a 1957 Chevy... possibilities...add fins...fill the grill..add armor? I can work with you and your ideas...See this car in our shop
